Serves 4
Ingredients
• 1 curly endive
• 1 orange or 1 lemon
• 50 gr of anchovy fillets
• Extra virgin olive oil to taste
• Salt and pepper
Wash the escarole and cut it finely. Rinse it and put it to drain. Take a bowl, season the escarole with oil, salt and pepper; then add the salted anchovies and the orange or lemon cut into chunks.
