• 400g spaghetti
• 1 whole egg + 3 yolks
• Salt and pepper
• 40 gr anchovy sauce
Put the eggs, salt, pepper and anchovy sauce in a bowl, then mix them stirring and keep the mix aside.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente, when it is ready drain it and add it to the previously prepared mixture.
Mix and taste. Season with salt, possibly add more anchovy sauce.
